Toyota Announce Exciting Product Upgrades on the Auris, Yaris and Verso for 2011

Toyota Ireland is proud to announce a number of exciting product upgrades across the popular Yaris, Auris and Verso models, which pay homage to Toyota’s focus on product development, research and continued drive to satisfy customers’ needs by giving them the widest range of choices possible.
Auris – Sport Grade
Available in 2011, the new Sport grade Auris represents a significant move forward from the outgoing Luna grade in the areas of form, functionality and value. Packing in new features the Sport is sure to reach a whole new audience of car buyer for Toyota. The model which comes in both 3 and 5 door options comes equipped with a rear sport spoiler, dark tinted headlights, sports seat trim, rear and rear side privacy glass, 16” alloy wheels and a Bluetooth mobile phone connection. Plus, the Auris offer music lovers the added convenience of a USB connection to play MP3s direction from a memory stick.
Starting at just €20,685, the Sport grade Auris has the same low CO2 figures as the preceding Luna grades and is available in 1.33i Dual VVT-I, 1.4D-4D 90 and 1.6 Valvematic (with multimode transmission) engines.
Yaris – Sport Grade
Available from November 2010, the new Sport grade Yaris brings a fresh new look with front fog lights and 15” alloy wheels, which have been added to the Terra grade spec which it is replacing. Among the host of features The Sport grade comes equipped with: EPS, electric front windows and exterior mirrors as well as rear window wash / wipe and defogger and the ability to plug external audio devices such as iPods into the audio system. With prices starting at €14,665, and annual road tax of €104, the vibrant Yaris Sport grade is a very affordable high-spec vehicle which perfectly blends practicality and comfort with good looks and a fantastic driving experience.
Verso – Luna Grade
Keeping in line with the Verso’s exterior sportiness and stability, as well as its fresh interior, Toyota is adding some amazing new features to the Luna grade. Available from November 2010, the Luna grade comes equipped with a myriad of specification enhancements including a panoramic glass roof with electric sunshade, cruise control, new design 16” alloy wheels and new seat fabric. Like the Auris, the Verso also includes a USB connection for plug-and-play MP3 audio not to mention a six speaker audio CD system and a host of other enviable and life enhancing features. Available from just €29,815, the Verso Luna comes in 1.6 and 1.8 Valvematic (MMT) as well as D-4D 125 (2.0) engine choices.
