Skills & Experience

• Be a fully qualified Motor Vehicle Technician.
• Hold a full, valid and current drivers licence.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• As a Technician you will be skilled in all aspects of vehicle repairs and servicing.
• Carry out diagnosis, repairs and servicing to the highest standards and to the appropriate specification.
• Ensure all work is carried out observing safe working practices of self and others.

Senior Car Sales Executive

Full job description

Tony Burke Motors Toyota and Lexus Main Dealer in Galway currently have an opening for an experienced car salesperson. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with previous car sales experience to join Toyota - the Number 1 Selling Car brand in Galway for the last 10 Years and Tony Burke Motors - a multi-award winning garage.

Responsibilities:

• To sell the maximum number of new and used vehicles via the use of an effective sales process
• Carry out accurate appraisals of all vehicles offered for part exchange
• To drive forward and establish successful F&I & PCP Finance Programmes
• Using various sources, prospect for new and used car customers on a regular basis to create additional sales opportunities.
• Manage the preparation and handover of sold vehicles to customers ensuring the customer is given a full briefing on the operation of the vehicle and its controls.
• Through the effective use of a follow up process, maintain regular contact with all new and existing customers to ensure that relationships are maintained for potential repeat business.
• Develop and maintain full product knowledge of all products, accessories, prices and key features
• Ensure all customer information, sales activities, vehicle documentation and other relevant information is kept and maintained accurately and comprehensively
• Ensuring each customer receives an excellent level of customer service at all times
• Maintain showroom and displays to the required dealership standard
  

Profile:

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong work ethic and interpersonal skills
• Honest, reliable and used to working in a team environment
• Computer skills required. Knowledge of Keyloop/Kerridge Automotive System a distinct advantage
• Minimum of 3+ years car sales experience in the motor industry is essential for this role
• Must be energetic, enthusiastic, driven and a self-motivator
